Break_time/Focus/Noise
This dataset is adapted from the completed Edge Impulse tutorial project “Recognize Sounds from Audio.” We modified the original class labels, segmented long audio recordings into shorter clips, and introduced one additional category. The new audio samples were sourced from the open-source repository FreeSound (https://freesound.org/ ).
About this project
This dataset is adapted from a completed Edge Impulse project developed for the tutorial “Recognize Sounds from Audio.” The original dataset was collected by the Edge Impulse team to recognize the sound of running water from a faucet, even in the presence of background noise.
We re-adapted the dataset by modifying the original class labels, segmenting long audio recordings into shorter clips, and introducing one additional category. Additional audio samples were sourced from the open-source repository FreeSound ( https://freesound.org/ ).
