Hive guard for ESP32-S3 boards with PSRAM (XIAO ESP32S3 Sense) and a color camera: 265 bee, wasp, hornet and predator species, MobileNetV2 1.0 at 128 px, int8. 66.8% species top-1 / 88.3% top-5 on 2,650 val images; rolled up to roles it catches 88.3% of hornets and yellowjackets and calls 1 of 60 honeybees a threat. Sum the class scores per role with roles.json from github.com/mlgraham/species-classifiers (models/students/hive_esp32s3). Color only; use the hive project for a mono camera.
