Hive guard for a camera at a honeybee hive entrance: 265 bee, wasp, hornet and predator species, MobileNetV2 1.0 at 160 px, int8. 71.4% species top-1 / 90.4% top-5 on 2,650 val images; rolled up to roles it catches 89.2% of hornets and yellowjackets and calls 2 of 60 honeybees a threat. Sum the class scores per role with roles.json from github.com/mlgraham/species-classifiers (models/students/hive). Holds up in grayscale (54.1% top-1). hive_esp32s3 is the smaller ESP32-S3 version.
